What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Front Office Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting patients with a warm and professional demeanor. - Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs. - Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries. - Verifying patient information and handling medical records with confidentiality. - Assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office. - Collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
